Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

How to Initiate a Return

Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your item(s).

Ship the Item: Package the item securely, including all original packaging and documentation. Ship the item to the address provided in your return instructions.
Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, style, or product, please follow the return process above. Once your return is received, you can place a new order for the item you’d like.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at chloeandelara@gmail.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
